NCHM JEE 2025 Eligibility
A candidate should have passed 10+2 system of Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects, from a recognized Educational Board. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.
Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in NCHM JEE 2025 on provisional basis. Provisional admission will stand cancelled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or its equivalent) is not submitted at the time of counselling or at the time of admission or latest by 30 September, 2025.

Go to the official website of NCHM JEE 2025 at nchm2025.ntaonline.in.
From the homepage, click on the ‘NCHM JEE 2025 Registration’ link.
Create a new registration.
Choose a login mode and identification for submission of the NCHM JEE 2025application form.
Enter the required details such as name, mobile number, and email address, and complete the registration.
After completing registration, login using an option – NCHM JEE 2025 Digi locker login / ABC ID/application number.
Fill in the NCHM JEE 2025 Application Form with required details such as personal and educational details.
Upload scanned images of photographs and signatures in the prescribed size.
